Bridal stylists are the best place to start for personalized advice. If your stylist doesn't yet carry our products, feel free to let them know about our collaboration opportunities. However, bridal shops can also offer solid advice on choosing a suitable headpiece, depending on your dress.

Delivery times vary depending on the model and order volume. You can find more precise information directly on the product page. Within Germany, it's approximately 1 week; within the EU, approximately 10 days.

You are welcome to try on our products at selected bridal stylists and bridal shops.

Of course, you can also return ordered goods to us within 14 days (at your own expense) . However, please ensure that the product arrives undamaged (i.e., with the tag attached and without any signs of use) – only then can we fully refund the purchase price and make someone else happy with the product.

Currently, we only ship within the EU, but we are already building a network of international sales partners. Further information is available upon request.

If you do wish to return your product, you can do so within 14 days. Please ensure it is in perfect condition and the original tag is attached. Only then can we issue a credit note and make someone else happy with the item. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping costs, so please send us the completed return form . We also ask that you provide us with the tracking number and include the delivery note in the package.

Worldwide, veils are traditionally attached to the hair/hairstyle using a comb. As a long-time bridal stylist and coach, I know how difficult it can sometimes be to work a rigid comb into a finished, and sometimes fragile, hairstyle. It's not uncommon for individual comb teeth to have to be broken off to even secure the veil, and unfortunately, the hairstyle is sometimes damaged during this process. Furthermore, a veil can easily come loose during a celebration (due to hugs, gusts of wind, car rides, etc.), and if a stylist isn't around, it's nearly impossible to put it back in place. You definitely don't want that to happen on your wedding day...

Our veil solves all these problems, as its flexible attachment options allow it to be easily pinned on and off any hairstyle – without compromising your look. The headpiece molds itself smoothly to your hairstyle, giving you, the bride, complete control over your appearance.

Following an intensive and comprehensive application process, we received official certification and funding from them. Various utility model protection rights have already been filed, and the patent application process is still underway.

Yes – every IDA headpiece is meticulously handcrafted. Our experienced seamstresses sew each piece with the utmost precision and sensitivity. Due to the complex work processes and delicate craftsmanship, industrial mass production is not possible.

It is precisely this craftsmanship that makes each headpiece a unique piece – with character, quality and a value that can be seen and felt.

Modular means you can combine different fastening options (magnetic hair clip, hairband and/or eyelet loops) with different pieces (bow and/or veil).

For example, you could wear one of our headbands (in a ponytail or bun) at your civil ceremony, and then a veil and/or bow at your church wedding, using the magnetic hair clip and/or the eyelet bands. It doesn't matter which hairstyle you choose; our products adapt to any style!

Yes. Our modules are designed to harmonize with each other and can be flexibly combined – for a look that can evolve.

For example, you can wear a veil to the wedding ceremony (attached to a magnetic hair clip), then detach it later and replace it with a bow. There's also no need for a "veil protector" during car rides or hugs, as you can easily attach and detach the veil yourself. Isn't that brilliant?

It's similar with a headband. It has sewn-in buttons to which you can easily attach and detach a veil or ribbon. A helping hand is certainly useful here, but you don't need a stylist nearby to (re)create your style.

All our tulle products are available in off-white, light beige & ivory, so you're sure to find the perfect headpiece to match your dress.

Depending on your desired style, the pieces can be attached using our hairband (which wraps itself around a bun or ponytail), a magnetic hair clip that attaches to the back of the head (for loose and half-up hairstyles), or hair clips and loops sewn into the pieces (for pinned-up hairstyles). All attachment systems guarantee a secure hold while being gentle on the hair.

Our hair clips are designed for various hair textures – including fine or straight hair. Thanks to its specific design, our clip provides sufficient stability even with very little hair. For thin hair, we recommend placing a regular, discreet hair tie under our hairband when wearing a bun or ponytail. Consulting a stylist is highly recommended in this case.

Yes. Despite its presence and variability, our headpieces are designed to be lightweight and comfortable – even when worn for extended periods.

In particular, the potential "veil trauma" (veils are very difficult to incorporate into the hairstyle and may damage it, or the veil comes loose during the festivities due to hugs or gusts of wind) is eliminated with our products.

We recommend handling the headpiece only with dry, clean hands and protecting it from moisture, heat, and pressure. Our packaging is designed to provide maximum protection for the pieces. White velvet gloves are included with our headbands and bows; these should be put on before using the pieces to protect the materials.

Store your headpiece in the included box in a dry, dark place. The packaging itself is very pressure-resistant.
